- Securing of any broken windows or doors
- External locks changed
- Drain down and isolation of all services
- Unoccupied property insurance cover and insurance visits
We frequently encounter properties which are on cover with an ‘Unoccupied Property Insurance Policy.
However, any claim on these policies would be disputed if all stipulations were not fully met.
